Most dashboard issues are quick to resolve. Find the symptom that matches what you’re seeing, check the likely cause, and follow the fix. If the problem continues after the fix, use the escalation steps at the bottom.

A Signing in & loading

Symptom
Likely cause
Fix
The dashboard won’t load or looks blank.
A dropped connection or an out-of-date browser tab.
Refresh the page. If it persists, sign out and back in, and confirm you have internet access.
“Incorrect email or password.”
A typo, or caps lock is on.
Re-enter carefully. If unsure, click Forgot? to reset your password by email.
You land on the wrong workspace.
You belong to more than one CoreFlow workspace.
Open the workspace switcher in the user menu and choose the correct one.

B Numbers & schedule

Symptom

Fix
Key numbers show zero or look wrong.
It’s early in the day, or the date filter changed.
Confirm the date reads today. Numbers build through the day as activity is recorded.

It’s assigned to another location or a filtered staff member.
Set the staff filter to All staff and confirm you’re viewing the right location.
A task you completed reappears.
It’s a recurring task, or another user reopened it.
Check whether the task repeats. If not, ask your team whether it was reopened.

C Notifications & search

Symptom
Likely cause
Fix
The bell never shows alerts.
Notifications are turned off for your account.
Open System Settings → Notifications and enable the alerts you want.
Search returns nothing for a name you know exists.
A spelling difference, or the record is archived.
Try fewer letters. In Customer Hub, switch the filter to include Archived.
