The analysis behind the engagement, the gap between where CoreFlow users are and where they need to be, and how we close it.

CoreFlow launched a unified business-management platform to 4,500 customers but had no structured onboarding or documentation. New users were left to explore the product unaided, and support absorbed the cost. The Training Desk was engaged to identify the specific learning gaps and design a program to close them, beginning with the Home Dashboard, the screen every user encounters first.
The gap is knowledge and skill, not motivation or tooling, users want to succeed and the product works; they simply were never shown how. Root causes:
A blended, self-serve-first learning ecosystem for the Home Dashboard: a structured End User Guide and Quick Reference for orientation, a searchable Knowledge Base, FAQs, and Troubleshooting for in-the-moment help, a daily SOP for consistency, an onboarding checklist to sequence it, and practice, assessment, and a certificate to confirm competence. Every asset shares one product environment and terminology.
This analysis directly informs the Learner Personas (who we’re designing for) and the Learning Objectives (what they’ll be able to do), which in turn shape every deliverable in the Home Dashboard set.
